At IM we take pride in having manufactured some of the most complex magnetic assemblies produced anywhere.

Producing ultra-complex and sophisticated assemblies has given us know-how we've applied to other assemblies we build on a regular basis. The result: faster, better and lower cost!

Assemblies we build may number from a production run of one piece to tens or a few hundred per month. Design, development and prototyping usually takes place at our corporate office. When appropriate unrestricted products can be transitioned to our low cost region plants in a controlled and low-risk manner to achieve planned cost reductions.

We strongly recommend concurrent development at the design stage - this most often results in more robust and manufacturable (and therefore lower cost) final products.

We routinely build assemblies with multi level Bills of Materials or Bills of Subassemblies, sometimes involving hundreds of components. Our ERP, Planning, and Quality systems are designed to support these activities.
